KSTO 'KORAB' is a students organization founded in 1924 in the Faculty of Ocean Engineering and Ship Technology which is one of the oldest faculties of the Gdansk University of Technology. Since then 'KORAB' has had many ups and downs, especially in the number of members. But nowadays we have "grown strong" - many young students, eager to do something interesting besides studying, joined our organisation. The group contains now about 30 persons - men as well as women.

In 2006 Polish team KORAB won for the first time International Waterbike Regatta with waterbike 'Dzordz'. We won even the secret mission! :)
That's why our Faculty decided to organize in 2007 IWR in Gdansk. Where we lost the overall cup. But in 2008 we have build our new waterbike 'Rektor' which beat all other teams and we have got back the overall cup!
For one year unfortunately because in 2009 in Rostock we lost it again ;).
We promised to our dean and rector of Gdansk University of Technology that we will bring it back after IWR 2010 in Szczecin.. And we did it!
And now for this year we know that competition will be hard, but remember that we will fight to the end to win :). Of course all the time we remember to have also a lot of fun :)
